Mindful Eating does not promote a "RIGHT OR WRONG" way to eat

When we take a Mindful Eating approach we don't follow any particular set of rules, this means that we also don't promote a "right or wrong" way to eat. As we cultivate our moment to moment awareness with food and eating we may notice that not all foods are for us (and our bodies) at all times. .

With curiosity we can choose to eat any food that is available to us which may serve us best at any given time. We are free to honour our hunger as well as pleasing our taste buds. . With no rules and no right or wrong, we are free to make choices to honour our own specific needs.
