Joyful eating is prioritizing the inclusion of foods. It helps you to feel good. Mindful Eating isn't a diet or a way to lose weight, but a foundation for you to develop a healthy relationship with food and eating, one marked by both joy and pleasure.

Pause and ask, where can I add eating joy in my meal today. Where can I add eating joy in my day, in my week! That joy could be simply appreciating the look, smell, taste, sound of food.

That joy could be in creating a ‘special’ meal or including a ‘fun’ food.

That joy could be in giving food to a friend, child, partner or yourself" - Ellyn Satter, MeGrette Fletcher, Linn Thorstenssom and Cuca Azinovic
