"Have you noticed how different water tastes after an intense workout or in the middle of a hot day? Oftentimes we can only understand the value of a simple thing if we are lacking it. What if you would enjoy the taste of water the same way in any situation? Mindful Eating invites you to look at the ordinary with fresh eyes. Notice, observe and appreciate the little things around you and within you.

It does not require you to eat special or uncommon foods. It does not require you to do a different thing than you used too. It simply asks you to eat and open your eyes with awareness for the whole eating experience that is always there to be explored".
